Are you interested in becoming a coach with CDMHA? Please fill out the application form and email it to Head Coach PJ Borton: bortonpat@hotmail.com. Then you will need to complete the requirements listed below.

4. Applicable coaching course (Contact head coach to determine course needed)

On Ice Helper -practices only, can not be on the bench during games
