2024/2025 CDMHA REGISTRATION
Early registration will be open on Monday June 3rd and closing on Sunday June 30th. Team decisions will be based on the number of registrants at this time. If a team has more than 17 players and/or 2 goalies, registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
Payment for registration must be paid before the players are allowed on the ice a reminder will be sent out to everyone. Payment can be made in full for by 3 installments. Payment may be made via credit card or e-transfer to CDMHAfinance@gmail.com.

Please make sure you select the proper age group and either returning player (child has been registered in hockey before), new player (child has never been registered in hockey before), or goalie.

First time players will receive 50% off registration fees
Projected goalie fees will be 50% off registration fees
Should a family have 3 or more children registered in CDMHA, the two oldest players shall be charged full fees. The youngest player will be charged half fees.
If registering 3 or more kids from 1 family, make sure they are all done at the same time as the system should automatically give the 50% discount to the youngest child.
